Add Prestafy to Claude

Every Claude plan, including the free plan

  1. Click “Add to Claude”.

    Claude opens the add connector window, already filled in with the Prestafy name and the server address.

    Claude will ask you to confirm adding a connector suggested by a link: this is expected.

  2. Click “Add”, then “Connect”.

    Claude sends you to prestafy.fr to approve access.

  3. You sign in with your Prestafy account and choose your app.

    Prestafy shows you what the assistant will be able to do. You approve, and you are all set.

  4. Read without confirmation Optional

    In Claude, open the Prestafy connector. For “Read-only tools”, choose “Always allow”. Claude will read your app without asking each time, and will still ask you before preparing a draft.

Make your first request.

Copy a request and paste it into your assistant. It reads your app, prepares a draft, then gives you the link to review it.

What is an MCP connector?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets an AI assistant use a service, with your consent. The Prestafy connector gives it specific tools: read your app’s status and statistics, prepare drafts. It gives it neither your password nor your keys.

Which assistants are supported?

Claude, on every plan, including the free plan. ChatGPT, with a Plus or Pro plan, in developer mode and from a browser. Mistral Le Chat, with a paid plan. Claude Code and Cursor, for agencies and developers. Any assistant that accepts a remote MCP connector can also use the address https://prestafy.fr/mcp.

Which Prestafy plan do I need?

Every plan, Découverte included, at no extra cost. Your assistant works with the features of your plan, just as you do in Prestafy: publishing the app remains reserved for paid plans, and you are always the one who publishes.

Is it safe?

You approve access on prestafy.fr, with your account: your password never goes through the assistant. It can neither publish, nor send a notification, nor turn on an automation. It prepares drafts, which you review in Prestafy, and every draft prepared is flagged and logged there. For an automation that is already running, it proposes a change: the automation keeps running as it is until you choose “Apply”.

What data is shared with the assistant?

Only what the conversation needs: your app’s status and configuration, your statistics as totals, your catalogue and your drafts. Never your customers’ data, never your keys or passwords. The assistant you choose processes this information under its own terms: it acts as an independent data controller. Details are in our privacy policy.

How do I disconnect Prestafy from my assistant?

In Prestafy, in the My account menu, on the “Connected assistants” page: “Revoke” cuts access immediately, for a single app or for every app the assistant could use. Removing the connector from your assistant is not enough: revoke access in Prestafy. Your drafts stay in Prestafy.
