A merchant you referred who holds a current Prestafy subscription. That number determines your commission tier.

No. The merchants you introduce remain your clients. We do not approach them directly, and their data is never sold, rented or passed on to any third party — including any company connected to our directors. This is not a mere statement of intent: the commitment is written into the partner programme terms.

When a merchant clicks your referral link, a tracking cookie is set for 60 days. If they subscribe within that window, the sale is attributed to you automatically.

Payouts are made by monthly SEPA transfer, as soon as your approved commission balance reaches €50. Below that threshold, the balance carries over to the next month.

Yes. You earn a commission every month, for as long as the client you referred stays subscribed to Prestafy. There is no time limit: your income follows the life of the subscription.

Commissions are professional income. You must have a status allowing you to invoice (sole trader, company, and so on) and send us an invoice matching your approved commissions. Everyone is responsible for their own tax and social declarations.

Each commission goes through a 30-day approval period (time to confirm the client’s payment and cover any refunds). After that, it becomes eligible for payout.
