Partner programme terms
Last updated: August 2026
These terms govern participation in the Prestafy affiliate programme. By signing up as a partner, you accept them in full. They supplement Prestafy's terms of use and privacy policy.
1) Eligibility
The programme is open to professionals, agencies and freelancers holding a status that allows them to issue invoices (sole trader, company and so on). Prestafy reserves the right to accept or reject an application, and to require manual approval before activating a partner account.
2) Commission and active clients
The applicable commission rate depends on the number of active clients referred, according to the rate table in force shown on the partner programme page. An active client is a referred merchant holding a current Prestafy subscription. The commission is recurring: it is due for as long as the referred client remains subscribed.
3) Referral tracking
Attribution of a sale relies on the partner's unique referral link. A tracking cookie is kept for 60 days after the click; a subscription taken out within that window is attributed to the partner.
4) Payment rules
Payouts are made by monthly SEPA transfer, as soon as the balance of approved commissions reaches the threshold of €50. Below that, the balance carries over. Each commission is subject to a 30-day approval period (clawback) before becoming eligible for payout, in order to cover any unpaid invoices or refunds. Payout is conditional on providing a compliant invoice matching the approved commissions.
5) Grounds for suspension or exclusion
Prestafy may suspend or exclude a partner, and cancel the commissions concerned, in particular in the event of:
- self-referral (using one's own link for one's own subscription);
- spam (unsolicited emailing, abusive posting, brand impersonation);
- fraud (fake accounts, artificial clicks or sign-ups, tracking manipulation);
- incentivised traffic (cashback, paying for sign-ups, exchanging rewards);
- any practice contrary to these terms or to applicable regulations.
6) Non-solicitation and confidentiality of the partner's client base
Prestafy undertakes not to directly solicit the merchants introduced by the partner for commercial purposes other than the Prestafy service they subscribed to, for the entire duration of the programme and for 24 months after it ends.
Data relating to those merchants — identity, contact details, activity data — is never sold, rented or disclosed to any third party, including any company in which a Prestafy director holds an interest.
Should the partnership end, for any reason whatsoever, the commercial relationship between the partner and their clients remains untouched.
7) Independence of the parties
The partner programme creates no relationship of employment, agency or partnership between the partner and Prestafy. The partner acts entirely independently and remains solely responsible for their tax, social security and reporting obligations.
8) Changes to the programme
Prestafy may change the rate table, thresholds, periods or these terms at any time. Commissions already earned are not affected retroactively. The update date is adjusted accordingly.
